The challenge
Generic job boards don't serve the medical profession well — the hiring workflows, compliance requirements, and candidate expectations are fundamentally different. MedCareer needed a purpose-built job board that understands medical recruitment in the Australian market.
How we approached it
We built the job board on Bubble with integrations for ATS (applicant tracking), SendGrid (communication), and Stripe (payment processing). The platform handles job posting, applications, automated candidate status updates, and job highlighting for premium listings. The design is deliberately minimalist — medical professionals and hospital HR teams aren't necessarily tech-savvy, so the UX needed to be immediately intuitive.

MedCareer serves the Australian medical recruitment market with a streamlined platform that makes the job search and hiring process efficient and accessible for both medical professionals and healthcare employers.
