The challenge
Getting into a top university is opaque — students don't know what admissions committees actually look for. Generic advice doesn't help. Gradvine needed a platform that connects students directly with graduates who've been through the process at their target universities, providing specific, actionable guidance.
How we approached it
We built the mentorship platform with matching at its core — pairing students with mentors based on target university, field of study, and application stage. The platform manages the full mentorship lifecycle: initial profile assessment, essay reviews, interview preparation, and ongoing coaching. Session scheduling, communication, and progress tracking are all built in.
Where it is today
Gradvine connects students with mentors from top global universities, providing personalized guidance that generic admissions consultants can't match. The platform has helped students improve their applications and build stronger profiles for competitive admissions.
