The challenge

How we approached it

We built an AI-powered HR companion that employees interact with through natural chat. Liya provides instant access to company policies, manages leave requests, and supports onboarding — all through conversational AI. The predictive analytics layer monitors engagement signals and proactively identifies employees at risk of attrition, giving HR and managers time to intervene.

Where it is today

Liya serves as a virtual HR companion from onboarding to departure, providing personalized support, career development insights, and dedicated HR assistance. The predictive attrition feature has become the platform's most valued capability — turning data into timely action.
