The challenge
Access to specialist medical advice shouldn't require geography. Patients outside major medical centers often wait weeks for specialist appointments. Topup Care needed a platform that makes US-based specialist consultations available remotely — with the ability to involve multiple doctors in a single case.
How we approached it
We built the telehealth platform with multi-party communication at its core. Patients connect with US-based specialists for remote consultations, receive referrals, and can engage in group chats with multiple doctors on their case. The platform handles scheduling, video consultations, and follow-up communication in a single interface.
Where it is today
Topup Care provides remote access to US specialist consultations, making expert medical guidance available regardless of location. The group chat feature enables collaborative care that's rare even in in-person settings.
