The challenge

The company needed an internal tool to manage their logistics operations — tracking packages, managing costs, handling invoices, and coordinating between transport owners and partners. Off-the-shelf solutions were either too generic or too expensive for their specific workflow.

How we approached it

We built a custom dashboard designed for multiple stakeholder types — transport owners, partners, and operations managers each see the views and controls relevant to their role. The mobile-first approach ensures that team members in the field can track and update package status, manage costs, and handle invoices from their phones.

Where it is today

The logistics app is in daily use, streamlining transport operations and eliminating the spreadsheets and phone calls that previously kept the operation running.
